DEALER GROUP MERGER PROPOSAL

Integra Business Solutions Ltd and Office Friendly Dealer Association Ltd have initiated the process of a potential merger, with shareholders from both companies having received communication regarding the merger proposal and the necessary voting requirements.

Following extensive discussions, the Boards of Integra and Office Friendly have shared the rationale behind the proposed merger and their recommendations with stakeholders.
